2025 Shire Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo - 🧠Join us on Thursday, 16 October 2025, for a day of connection, education, and support at The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre, 30 Eton Street, Sutherland, NSW 2232. This event aims to reduce barriers to seeking mental health support in our community, featuring guest speakers like Dr. Susan Culhane, who will discuss the role of GPs in mental health, and Monique Shipp, focusing on anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. There will be more than 20 local mental health service providers present, engaging with the community and offering valuable information. Plus, enjoy a free barbeque while connecting with others! This free event is presented by The Rotary Club of Caringbah in collaboration with local health authorities and community organizations.
